Update: Approved-FNBO-Recieved letter and need some help

Hello, 

Some data points here, I need advice:

1. I pre-qualified for a 15k Evergreen credit card. I took the bait and applied and got a message 'we will send you a letter, etc."  I have a fraud alert on my EX due to someone having applied for unemployment with my SSN. 
2. Since I had a pull already, I applied for a Best Western CC just to see the results. Same results. 
3. I got a verification call a couple days later and answered all the questions They approved the Bw card and sent a letter for the Evergreen, even though I applied for that one first. 
4. Got the letter in 4days (pretty fast) and the BW Card,  THe letter asks for SS Card, DL and W-2 for the past 2 years. I am going to call to get a fax number as they want me to mail it in, which i dont want to do. 

Here is my question. I put down my current salary I got  a raise and promotion with bonus so my income is off from what I put down on the app. I dont want them to decline it and close my BW card as there is that small discrepancy.  Not sure what to do, send it in or call it a wash and let time pass and the app will be cancelled.

I wouldn't worry about it, your W2 shows net income anyway and most people give their gross salary when applying for credit.

If it comes up you can always provide your latest paystub.

If you want the card, send it in.... and don't worry about it.

If you don't want the card, don't send it in. 

You're overthinking this one.

I took it. I sent in my info and about 1 hour later they  called me.  Ask really basic questions and then she sent it off. she was really nice too. Hoping to hear something soon. :-)

W2 forms shows gross and taxes. Does not show net

Hey guys, i just got an approval email!! thats 15k for the Evergreen and 15k for the Best Western (no annual) fee card. Im on a high!
