Just a few days ago my scores tanked 40 points on each CR due to my self lender account being paid and closed..

Literally starting over from where I was last year this exact time of the year I let it go and hoped AA wouldnt be a thing for me...

Well today I logged into my target account and I was given another $300 increase. My total Target CL within 7 months is now $900 🙏🏼

Also I received letter from HSN stating my HSN CC is being transferred to SYNC... I suppose I made the cut 👀

Not all is lost - goes to show that scores aren’t all that matters, and maybe not even a major factor once you’re in with a lender. Glad to read the good news

FWIW, bear in mind that credit decisions, specifically CLI for existing accounts are often based on aged data.  Point being, your CLI may be based on "pre score decrease" information and scoring.
