Thanks so much Saleen... I'm loving the gifs! LOL
Congrats B!
Are you thinking of thinning the herd after all the new approvals?
You know, "In with the new and out with the old."

Right now Care Credit might be close to getting chopped... I've only used it for dental work, and after learning that the provider pays the interest during the 0% promos I'm not likely to use it again (I'm fond of my dentist and his staff... they've been really good to my family). Also lower Synchrony exposure is probably a good thing in my case as well.
Another logical card to consider closing would be my older USAA Platinum Visa, but I'm not going to get into a hurry with it. I might consider keeping it around to use as a conduit for free cash advances (no CA fee, then no-fee BT to NFCU). Also, while unlikely there's always the small chance at some point USAA will allow credit line reallocation, and the old Platinum would be a perfect donor for the Limitless.
The Delta Gold might will also be on the chopping block at some point, but I will probably keep it around until 2018 just to see if it will ever grow (then I'll move the CL to another card). In the interim the Amex Offers should (hopefully) cover most of the AF, and if I get ambitious and decide to fly somewhere the baggage benefit will come in handy.
I'm also on the fence with the PRG. I like having a charge card, and with MPX the AF for the PRG was effectively the same as the Green card but now I'll have to re-do the math to see if it makes sense for me at the new price point. I'm not in a hurry, though... I'll probably pay the AF this year and see if I can squeeze a little more value out somewhere else; if not I'll either PC to a Green or close it altogether.
As for the others, I have a use for them so until things change I will keep things basically they way they are. I do see a possible PC in the future (2018) for the Diamond Preferred and possibly some other 'tweaks', but otherwise things are shaping up the way I want.
Thanks for the question!
I'm a Lil late but congrats X2 UncB

Thanks so much my friend!
You're not late... the party's just getting started!
The second BBR has finally appeard on my BoA dashboard, and I now know the APR: 12.49%
I admit I'm a bit (pleasantly) surprised to get this rate... my BBR#1 is four points higher at 16.49%, but in both cases I won't be paying anything other than the 3% fee for the occasional BT so it really doesn't matter... I'm only sharing here to provide a data point for anyone who might be interested (I'll update the original post with this info as well).
Congrats Uncle B!! I have thought about the BBR card myself..although I burned them back in 2003 with my BK( don't remember how much..a couple thousand maybe??) so I think they blacklist. DH has received preapproval mailers for it, so may look at getting it for him in the future ..but we don't currently bank with BofA either I sure wish the USAA card was available in TX...kinda surprising given the # of military here, but it appears its smaller states for them to test the waters with. See ya back in the garden

Thanks so much, FroggieMom!
I burned MBNA (now BoA) in a BK7 back in 2000 and both of my BBRs were instant approvals, so you might be OK (I also have no banking with BoA)... at the risk of being a bad influence 'the worst they can do is say no'! (Forgive me for tempting... but for when the time is right, I think you have a real chance.)
I'm looking for the Limitless to be opened up to more states soon, especially TX since that's where USAA is headquartered. <fingers crossed> Texas is in the next batch!
After this I'm going to be happily in the garden for a while... see you there!
