My HOA isn't one of the properties in their system. But they will send a check and charge the card. I'll take 1% over the fees for using a CC.

Congrats on your approval! Curious to know if they pulled your FICO 8 or FICO 9. My EQ FICO 9 is about 40 points higher than the FICO 8 score, and this card is definitely on my radar at some point in the future.

Tried it for science. Turns out they pull EX where I am. I'll try again later this year when my EX scores are hopefully higher
