Wal-Mart CLI question

Have had my Walmart card for quite some time and every few months I would hit the luv button. A $100 here and a $100 there, it gets old.

I read somewhere that you can call the backdoor number and get up to $5k. Can anyone tell me the process and whether they do a HP or SP? Thanks.`

Its an SP i did it a few months ago i was chicken and only upped my walmart to 5k . almost never use the card so its no big deal to me.

On the phone with them now, they are asking me for my "net" income. I have never had a bank ask for NET income. My TU FICO is 648 according to their website. I have no revolving CC debt.

I told her I wanted $5,000. Put me on hold for like 5 minutes, came back and said no, she would only do $1200. So double my limit for a SP I will take it! Went from $600-$1200 in one phone call! AWESOME!!

While I was on the phone I asked her about my Amazon account, she asked how much I wanted on that, I told her well if you aren't giving me $5000 on the other one I guess I will take $1200 on this one as well. She gave me $800. So she almost doubled my CL on the Amazon from $450-$800.

Congrats! Which number did you call the first or edited number? If you didn't try the 2nd number maybe try them you might get your 5k! You can always say you need to buy a TV or computer or tires or whatever. lol

I did the first number. She was nice and all but said I had some baddies and she would not go more than what she did.

I do have a post Ch 13 that is about 3 years old discharged and 2 collections that are medical that are older, and 2 collections that are bank related from my ex wife which were from like 2006.
