I had a hard time finding it too because during non business hours, the button dissappears It will be on your main page once you log in to you account. And make sure to aim for the stars to shoot the moon. my limit was $800 and after 3 chats on the same day, ended up ith $3500.

yeah I finally found it.  They told me no go.  Oh well. My limit started at $700. Stays at $700.
