Myfico says my TU score for credit card approvals is 630 which is my highest score. I read that walmart pulls from TU and I saw approvals with scores as low as 600 so I decided to give it a shot. I love walmart so it's a card I would use alot. Lol. Instant approval for 700$. This is my highest SL, as my only other unsecured cards are my 2 cap one that started me at 300$. Pretty happy right now. I now have 3 bank cards and 1 store card.
I'm looking for bank cards that only pull TU because I'd like to close my open sky secured card and get my $200 deposit back but the only one I'm finding is Barclay's and they've probly blacklisted me. Sigh.
CONGRATS & WELCOME to the Walmart family. Wait 4 months and use the chat feature to request a CLI!!! Ask for $5,000 and most likely they'll grant you $3,500 for your first big CLI. I'm currently at $6,000!!!

Congrats on the Walmart approval. Do you live near a BBVA? They pull TU for their cards with the exception of the NBA card. I think another poster mentioned that the minimum score needed to be 630. I bank with them now, but I probably won't hit them up for the Clearpoints Visa until late fall since I just got the Apple Rewards with Barclay's and don't want to upset the apple cart (no pun intended). Walmart didn't give me my first increase till the 3rd or 4th statement, but I've had better luck with Amazon, Sam's, and Lowe's. Good luck.
