Congratulations on your Walmart approval. I'm dying to get the walmart card, but too soon to try. I am working on increasing my scores. Maybe same time next year I will be celegrating like you! Thanks for sharing!

In August, I just happened to be checking out at Walmart and was asked do I want to apply for the Walmart card. In one moment I thought to myself that this would be a waste of time because I was just denied a few months earlier. Not a lot had changed in my chedit profile other than making timely payments and more than the minimum on my open accounts. So, I decided that I would give it a try. I inputed my information and the next thing I knew, the manager said, "Congratulations, your account has been approved!" My credit limit is $500. When I received my card, I noticed that my score was 595 with TU. Go figure!

I've been trying endlessly for a Walrmart card since I practically live there. I'm planning to wait a few months before making another attempt. Tired of getting turned down.
