Wayfair shopping cart trick approval

Added a 2-person sauna to my cart... I really do want one someday!

Got the popup for the Wayfair card, approved for $2,000.

Don't plan to use it, just want to pad my utilization rate.

Right now overall utilization rate on all cards is 11% because I have a ton of 0 balance Comenity and Synchrony cards.

My 3 major cards are:

Discover-- $675 out of $2200

UW Credit Union Visa--$740 out of $1500

DCU Credit Union--$0 out of $3000

Congrats on approval! Was this a hard pull and from which burea? Also what were your scores if you don't mind providing.

It seems like it was a soft inquiry because I was only required to put in the last four of my social security number.

Scores:

Transunion: 639 (FICO 8, provided by Discover, as of 2-17-19)

Equifax: 631 (FAKO, provided by Creditkarma, as of 3-10-19)

Experian: 634 (FICO 8, provided by Experian free app, as of 3-10-19)

Sweet! I've read to expect an HP but may still potentially be SP so I wondered at my chances if I try to get one in the near future. That helps for sure.
