We are actually quite happy with Wells Fargo. Maybe because we havn't had a major issue or needed the contact center. But after nearly 20 years with largely local / smaller credit unions the website and online assets are a breath of fresh air. Underwhelming card, but I was concerned (based on the ramblings here) about high inquiries and WF being a bit conservative. Just wanted to get a credit relationship started.
