I finally got the Paypal MC upgrade card ths morning.
It's white with a chip in it.
Just had to call an automated line and answer a couple of questions;
1) New Card Number
2) last 4 SS #
3) Phone No
4) DOB
Then they processed it in 5 seconds and my new Cl is $2000.00
(from PayPal Connect limit of $900.00)
I'll take it and hope for increases down the line.
The card is available to use immediately and they said it would
take 2-3 business days for the account to activate online.
Now just waiting to get Costco Visa and then I am gardening
till the end of the year and possibly longer....my plants need me
