I had asked for a CLI on my cash Rewards card, but it said they were having trouble and to try tomorrow or call. I decided to app for a card instead. What happened to me waiting 12 months? It's only 10 months. My best starting limit yet, and a lovely APR rate.

Congratulations. You did excellent 👏 👌. While you might have decreased your AOA, you actually stepped up into PRIME account holder (above 5k tradeline).

With this new tradeline, your scores should rise significantly overtime. Other lenders should offer close to that amount to pull your business.

Now you have 2 Navy cards that will grow together; again other lenders will sniff and want what you have.
