First, a hearty thank you to the MF community. Because of you, I was able to get back in with Chase several months ago, securing a nice limit on the CFU. A short time after that, I on my business checking account with Chase, and the banker had the magic preapproval for the CIU, which I happily accepted!
Which brings me to last week, I kept asking if I had any preapprovals for Chase Sapphire and no dice. Checking credit journey daily also, "no soup for me". I finally decided to just submit the app and get it out of the way in the comforts of home, in the event I got a turndown. Of course, I got the "we'll get back to you in 30 days...blah, blah, blah". I checked my online app, called in got the 30 days. Finally called the backdoor number 2 days later. They transferred me to underwriting, and approved me on the spot for $18,400!!!
I can now say -- back to the garden for a while! Oh yeah, they only pulled EX for the CSP, no other bureaus~
