approved for first unsecured card!

Have been cleaning up my CR with lots of help from you folks on MyFico (Thanks, everyone!  Smiley Happy )

 

July 2012, got secured Cap1 (paid in $159 and got $359 CL). 

 

Today, I just ap'd for Walmart online, and got $400 store card.  (MyFico TU649, EQ 642 current scores)

 

I know this doesn't sound like a big deal, but IT FELT SO GOOD!!!

 

 

Want to try for cc with my local CU, but will wait for these to report for a few months.

Congrats on the approval - always good to have already one GECRB - they grow fast and you get a free monthly TU score now.

Congrats.  No dont go on any app sprees cause you got approved for walmart.  let the walmart card grow then app for something in about 6 mos.
