It sounds like you are on the cusp of having clean credit.
You need to stop apping for new cards and let the accounts age, and inquiries get at least past the 12 month mark.
The lenders for the next tier of "prime" cards are almost all new credit and/or inquiry sensitive, and will either outright deny you, or give you much lower spending limits than they otherwise would, based on your credit seeking activity in the past 12 months. Some even 24 months.
