Need advice as to apply for additional card or garden for a while??My wife just got approved for citi and I can't believe the limit they gave her. Currently she has Cap1 AU $500 limit with14 months history. Chase freedom in april2013 $1,000 limit. And now this citi $6500. I was thinking of waiting till next April and then go on a spree. What are your suggestions.
Thanks

not much travelling but mainly concerned with boosting here personal credit. I was thinking of applyng for chase sapphire once her 6 month history with chase kicks in.

She only needs 2-3 credit cards to boost her profile. It's best to think of which cards would fit her lifestyle and then go from there
My big question is , should she garden for a while or apply for additional cards now.
As this is her highest CL by a significant amount, i would wait a few months to hit her CR and show some positive history. What would you want to apply for next beside the CSP? I would try to increase the Freedom next since that is really low and then go for the CSP in about 9 months
My vote would be to do one more now and then add one every 6-12 months
no moe BT cards, probably just rewards.

What card is she looking for? Do you want rotating categories? Need more information before I can give an opinion
She has a BT card...is she planning on transferring any balances?
