Wow, great limit! Congrats!

So what was the backstory on the 2 line of credit applications? Did she give you any explanation as to how that happened? That is worrisome.

Well, I personally went in to apply in the bank and convert my easy checking into a gold checking to simultaneously apply for the cash+. The app was sent in and I left after he told me it will be received. I didn’t think anything of it. I called in the next day and was told that there were multiple applications that were sent for the CC and that not to worry only one HP was done. I call in after a few days to see the status and then the CSR told me there were 4 apps total sent. 2 for the Cash+ and 2 for personal lines of credit. CSR said maybe there were pop ups on his screen and that’s why, but I said that is crazy because I never authorized to apply for anything other than the CC and that he never even told me of any pop ups for any other product. She said that was interesting in a weird tone of voice. I’m going to have to see about this in person in the branch after work.

Well I finally pulled the trigger a few days ago and got approved for 10.5K.. This is my first CC from US Bank but was an AU on my wifes $500 limit one for 7 months. I opened a checking account 2-3 weeks before and a Saving Acount at the time of CC application a few days ago. TU was pulled I dont know which one, but FICO 8 was 752 at time of pull with last CC open 7 months ago but still LOL/24 overall. UTI 3%. I feel awesome Avoiding the dreaded $500 and not bad for my first try with them I think. My rebuild FINALLY feels like it is going nicely after the SL from this stingy bank. Thanks all for the advice on these forums.
