Yes, because you have to register online which requires you to enter the entire card number.

I have prime cards but I'm still excited to get the Walmart Discover solely for the free monthly TU FICO

Mine went from $600. - $700. after 2 statements. I'm going to let a few cards that I've paid off/paid down this month post to increase my scores a little more then call to see if I can get that bumped up. Just in time for Christmas Shopping!
