0% card needed, but I'm not experienced with looking.

I currently have 2 cards(capitol one and chase) and the interests are ridiculously high considering I have only ever had perfect transactions with them. Something like 21% and 24% respectively.

I have a small credit history, but it is very good. I have not looked up my number myself in a while but I am buying a house and my lender said that it was in the 740s with all 3 of them, averaging at 748.

I want to get a card with a 0% transfer and 0% for so many months, or at least one with 0% for a year would be awesome.

I have no experience picking out a card though. The 2 I have are CO-the only person who would give me credit when I became legal, and Chase- was a MyPoints WaMu card that got moved.

I don't care much about rewards, cash back would be nice... but I never have seemed to cash in on rewards outside of MyPoints.

Any suggestions?

With your scores, you should be able to go with any of the available cards out there.  Citi is offering a 0% intro rate, US Bank, and I believe CapOne.

The one thing about teaser rates is that you'll often be shocked by how how the regular rate is.  You may be better off with a fixed rate that's lower.

I just got approved by University CU in Texas for a 6.9% Visa card, fixed.
