0 intro apr miles and points card?

I'm looking for a 0 intro apr rewards credit card. Are there any sign up offers better than these cards?
1. chase freedom 20k bonus
2. citi ty preferred 20k bonus

Note that it's ok if the card has annual fee for the second year (not first year though).

20k on the freedom is a great offer. Dunno how great that offer is for the citi card, though
