Do 4 people total have this card? lol. I managed to dial up the same friendly CSR a second time in the last 7 days. No phone waits. I recognized the name and voice. That is basically unheard on my mainstream cards with the big banks. This is refreshing. I imagine when they open up the card to the masses, the call centers will start to feel overloaded.

There's been at least a dozen members that have reported their results if you search the Approvals section. This obviously doesn't include anyone who didn't report their outcome, other boards, or any SoFi members (non-FICO), for instance.
As far as mainstream banks and phone wait times, I always get a live agent right away with JPMorgan, BoA/Merrill Lynch, AmEx...heck even Macy's 😁. But, I'm sure it's refreshing for SoFi given today's operational constraints for a variety of call centers.

Ah yes now of course I know quite a few have this card. It was a poorly attempted humor on my part. I was just shocked to get the same agent on the phone when I called and the operation must still be fairly small for that to happen.
And with that, 2 cents per day became 1 cent per day

Though your existing points balance should have doubled this morning as you logged in as their way of saying "sorry"
Mine Doubled as I logged in

I usually drain the points at every opportunity, so all looked the same to me haha.
Has anyone been able to work out a pattern as to when the statements close? I have not had mine long enough to see anything and they don't post the statement closing in the app. The phone reps are hit or miss. Lately I've been calling and the phone reps have no clue. But back in January the phone rep told me, and was correct. Unfortunately this date is not in February so... But I'd like to figure out the pattern so I can plan payments.

Last month was my first statement...it generated on the 15th. I had called in after I got the card to ask the same question and they said "they didn't know" but said I should "assume" it was sometime around the 15th. Clearly they don't know how OCD I am about statement dates! LOL!!
Now in FEB, the app shows my Payment Due Date is Feb 9th (I had a ZERO balance on my last statement) which is 6 days before my statement should generate for FEB assuming it's the 15th again. If you haven't had any statement generate yet, I can only suggest you "assume" as they told me it would be on the 15th.
The app is certainly in need of some UI improvements. Details are slim at best!

M'hhmm! You and me both . It will be the end of me
Why is it not weird to not know when the statement closes! It's like not being told your due date to me.
Edit. So the card terms say the due date is 25 days after the close of the billing cycle. Well sure enough this number was accurate comparing my first statement cut, to my first due date. Given that due date will be the same every month, I suspect I can count backwards from the due date every month to determine the statement close date.
In your case, I have a strong suspicion that your next statement will cut on February 12th. Which is 25 days before March 9th. And February 9th is 25 days after January 15! Would be interested to hear back from you if this is true! What remains to be seen is if their are any curveballs that thrown if a statement closing date is on a weekend. I know Sync won't close on a Saturday (they'll move it to Friday). Not sure what SoFi will do.

No problem. I didn't dig into those details or do the math...thank you. I will report back when my account actually does close this month..
