Ugh. Tell me about it, I am NOT looking forward to house hunting any time in the next 5 years. I strongly dislike bidding wars.

Move faster or not.

Something in me disallows me from paying asking price or above asking price for a home, or a car..

This would be key, but supply has been SO short in my area that houses are practically sold before listing. It was just ridiculous this summer.

Hi  Guys ! I am New in the forum and want to say Thank you for all information and support !

History :  March/2013 -BK7 Smiley Sad, End of 2013 I got my first Sec.Credit card from Capital one -$ 200. My score after BK was around 500.

Now is : Eq-589, Tr.-573, Exp-596.  This Dec, I got 2 new cards,unsecured : Barclay rew.Master card- $ 500 ,and QuickSilverOne -3K. Also my Cap 1 Sec .card is now $800.

I would like 2015  to work for a better credit score and no more app, because after this new CC, I have 4 Inq.

Please, can you give me advice, how long time I have to keep my Cap1 sec.card?  I am wondering  for Citi Double Cash, but later ,maybe 2015 December..Smiley LOL

Re: 2015 Financial Resolutions

Basically sit and garden for a good portion of 2015, then apply for a Cap 1 student card and a Walmart card. Just need to wait for cc and student loan to age a bit with on-time payments.
