After 6 months which card should i apply?who can approve me?

Actually, if you are an immigrant with a regular job, you can try this right away -- even without a credit history. You should be able to get it, and it's a very good deal (unsecured, no AF, cash back):

Let me know how it goes!

Murat, if you apply for too many cards, it will actually make your credit score drop even more. This will make it even harder to get a new card.FICO keeps track of how many credit card companies you apply to and seeing many applications makes them think you are desperate for credit.  I will highly recommend waiting a few more months before you apply.

In order to maximize your chances of getting a store card, use at least one of the cards you have every month. Make your payments on time. This is the most important contribution to your FICO score. It is better to pay MOST of your balance on your statement due date but not ALL of it. For example if your balance is $100, pay $80 and leave a $20 balance. FICO likes to see that you are using your card. However, you need to keep your utilization low- only let a balance of less than 10% of your credit limit report.

Do those things and spend time on this board and I promise you will be in a much better shape to get more credit extended to you in three months!

Re: 3 months of credit history

I will give you inspiration I opened a cap one secured card 200 cl in July and as of today with just that history alone I now I have all the cards in my sig and if you ask me that's not bad. Discover is prime lender bofa very prime lender but I have had a checking account with them for over a year so that prolly helped me a lot but I think it would be very helpful if you wait till that credit card is a year old and then start apping it will be better and let you get far higher cl I kind of wish I waited but what's done is done
Fico's in 500s across all three and one nfcu nrewards card with 2k limit for rebuilding
