30 day message from BOA

Well bit the bullet today and app'd for the BOA amex accelerated rewards and received the 30 day message. Does anyone have any recent experiences with approval/denial with this message? They already pulled my ex. which was 718 on 07/22 so I'm confident on that end, but when I went to the pre-approval site recently they had no offers for me. I've had the BOA platinum plus visa for 6 months and have checking and savings through them.

I Really want this card so I can retire my Credit One card, which served its purpose for rebuilding, but I've since out grown it!

Thanks in advance for any input! Been hangin around the boards for about 6 months and have learned soo much!! As stated above my ex is 718, first score above 700, Tu 690, eq 685, hopefully will be there soon as well!

At the top of this forum, stickied is a list of Backdoor Numbers. BoA has a few listed that go directly to a credit analyst. If you call they will usually pull up your report and may decision it with you on the phone. If there is something on your reports they have a question about then it's really easy to ask.

There may also be a number for the app status. I can never get the online link status to work. It gives me errors.

Well, just got off the phone with BOA, went through the app with a credit specialist and was approved for $2500 on the amex. A little disappointed in the cl, but it will grow with me in time!!

18 months ago I had 1 card with a cl of $300. Now I have 2 BOA cards with $2500 cl on each, and an HSBC platnum with a $3500 cl.
