No credit card required
Browse credit cards from a variety of issuers to see if there's a better card for you.
Lenders plug all your info into their algorithms and those decide whether or not you qualify for a card/loan. You HAD offers for cards based on the amount of income, debt, and available credit (among other factors) you had at that time. If Lender A's algorithm decided that your profile could support a maximum of, say, $22,000 in credit under your old profile but then your available credit increases by $30,000 while your income/other factors don't change, that puts your available credit well in excess of what their algorithm determined as your max and, voilà, your offer disappears. Lender B, Lender C, etc. may have somewhat different TCLs in mind for your profile but that sudden huge increase likely put you beyond their limits, as well.
You shoulda just built your credit organically 'cause I think your attempt to cheat the system only screwed you out of $600 and out of more cards in your name. Get your name off that AU account and wait a few months and you just might recover from this and get back from whence you started...
Well, I was able to get that flyout today, and to my amazement I find I am getting younger.
At first I thought that could be cool, but then I realized I will be going through my 1st marriage in reverse.
Now I have to get this to stop or I only have roughly 15 years to live.

Wow I could use an account like that
I... just tuned in. I cannot stop laughing.
Wow. What I want to know is how is someone who is THAT BAD at forming coherent words/sentences old enough to apply for credit at all? The commentary about making sure his parents know what he is up to was on point.
What's even funnier is that HE says HE cannot understand anything others are saying in several posts.
It cannot be a non-English speaker learning... they try harder to fit in, even if the tense of a word is wrong or in a strange order. Same with a bot. Which is why the only reasonable explanation is the age of the OP... and therefore I'm baffled how they're old enough to get credit at all.

Merlin's curse!
Since we did not hear anything from the OP for several days, he might got spanked by his parents, after they possibly figured it out what he had done during the weekend
I told him to talk to his parents before doing any further action, but he was not listening. He might have paid another $600 to get removed as an AU or might have applied for Amex Plat and paid $695 AF there

I would guess he took out a loan and paid for the AmEx Plat AF with that.

It's like Rorschach, only with words

First it was the songs... now you go and mention Rorschach.
All I see is the OP, and hear in my head is "You don't seem to understand, I'm not locked in here with you, you're locked in here with ME!"
I just read this entire thread from start to finish.
A) Is there any way to get that 20 minutes of my life back?
B) I feel like I may have lost a handful of IQ points
C) At least there were a few laughs along he way
