650 FICO - Which Card Should I Try for?

3 months ago I got the Chase Freedom, Discover IT and Capital One Venture. Amex turned me down as well as Orchard at that time. My Scores were in the 700 range. Now my scores are about 650 (due to the new cards). Is it too soon to try for Citi? I like their rewards. I am seeing that I have a pre-qualified offer from BOA when I log in to my checking account, also at BOA. Although I dont know hoe real the pre qual is since I have an account with them it may just be advertising on their part

When my scores were in the 640-660 range I could never get approved for an Amex. As soon as I got to 670, I was approved for 2.

I wouldn't try anything until you're back in the 700's.  Even though the cards you have now would work.  Even a credit score isn't indicative of your situation.  Any baddies?  Burned anyone in the past (especially AMEX since they're the least forgiving of all the credit card companies), level of income, is it enough to support multiple cards?  All things to consider.
