Submitted for a CLI on a Citi-backed card and was given a 7-10 day message. Being forwarded to Credit Department for review, blah blah.
Is it possible to call and rescind the request before an HP is performed or at this point is it too late?

Called backdoor number, spoke to a credit department specialist, was approved for a 5X CLI. Will take it.

Haven't had any alerts through monitoring but from what I have gathered it should be TU only.

It can be either TU or EX (rarely EQ). If HP, then I would say well-worth it.

Is there a way to ask them to pull TU or EQ? I have my EX frozen...
They will ask to unfreeze, unless they bypass it with an alternate (but you can't pick and choose). You shouldn't use any manipulation methods to gain an advantage of a "non-favorable" CR.
