Yes I'm aware of that one but it's very crude with little data. Few people actually use it.

Discover pulls only TU in my experience; doesn't seem region-dependent.

I thought they only pulled eq, my area eq.

Signature needs updating

Re: A few HP data points

Anecdotal evidence is interesting but not all that useful and that's why the Credit Pulls Database exists to aggregate such info which is more useful than any one person's experiences on their own.  Attempting to analyze trends is only useful with larger sample sizes.

Amex used to triple pull; has pulled EX only since late 2013

Whether or not a creditor performs multiple pulls has to do with your credit -- not the creditor.

Plenty of people use it.  Don't just assume that few use it because you don't.

I wish someone develops a comprehensive database for everything about approval score and HP/SP involved in app, CLI, consolidation etc. where registered users can fill out a form and submit data.

Developing the DB isn't the problem.  It's reliably and consistently collecting the data.  Even with the data you suggest it would be of limited use versus what the CPD already offers.  For one thing It's never just a matter of score.

Re: A few HP data points

Chase most certainly pulls other bureaus besides EX and they still double pull.  Why I appreciate your effort to provide info, this is why you can't post information as definitive because others will apply with expectations based on your post.

Re: A few HP data points

This is an excellent report.  I'm going to do it for my credit file as well.  Thank you for sharing.

Maybe you are right about amex. I used the database a few times looking up data, and it returned some, mostly outdated entries. The functionality is poor. Honestly it only gets used because there does not exist any decent alternative. For example. in the submission form there a mandatory field "Score Needed" which doesn't even make sense. If a user was denied, how is s/he supposed to know given the individual credit history what score would have got him/her approved? And people use the "Creditor" field for card name all the time, which can be freely entered instead of a selection. The database is rife with inaccuracies and misunderstandings IMHO.

I'm happy to share my sheet if anyone wants it. It also counts down days/months, shows stats of my card list, and keeps a record of all the different scores.

Re: A few HP data points

Discover pulled EQ for me. CreditPulls database just seems like everything is several years old and so few recent in my region. That's why I think it seems like so few use it.

Re: A few HP data points

When I applied for my Chase Slate last year, Chase double pulled for me, and I had maybe 2 inquiries across all three bureaus total, 0 derogs, and average 750s on all reports.  Since I was instantly approved at the best APR rate, I think they've simply switched to a double pull system for some of their cards (this was in NJ).

800+ across all three (via FAKOs) has been achieved! Current goal - Get down to 6 cards in total - sitting with 8 currently.

Discover pulled EQ both times for Discover It AND Chrome

Chase pulled TU and EX for my Amazon AND Slate apps.

Citi only pulled EX for Dividend AND Thank You Preferred(both now Double Cash).
