Your limit would vary on may things including credit report and income.
I was just curious about a email after being approved since i didnt get any at all .
Hi LS, I recently applied in Walmart store for a credit card and it was declined. Bummed, but it least my app was processed at a separate register. Interestingly, received letter from them stating declined due to too many inquiries and I was banking on them pulling my Transunion as FICO over 700 with very few credit inquiries. Per score watch, GECRB (GE Credit Retail Bank) hit my Equifax credit report and not Transunion. Well, maybe will wait another thirty (30) days and reapply.

GECRB primarily pulls TU. Never heard of them pulling EQ for Walmart before, CareCredit yes.
Might have to do where you live.

GE pulling EQ? That's a new one
I know credit card companies tend to pull different bureau according to location. Example in MA Chase pulls EX but in other locations, I have seen that they can pull EQ,
Did you call and talk to someone?
