After closing on my house last week I decided to push some CLI buttons and see what happened
Here is a current list of my cards:
| BRCLYSBANKDE | $2,000 | ||
| BRCLYSBANKDE | $1,500 | ||
| GECRB/CARECR | $1,900 | ||
| CAP ONE | $1,570 | ||
| SEARS/CBNA | $3,000 | ||
| BFG FCU | $3,500 | ||
| CAP ONE | $1,500 | ||
| CAP ONE | $750 | ||
| GECRB/WALMAR | $700 | ||
| KOHLS/CAPONE | $1,000 | ||
| METABNK/FHUT | $1,000 | ||
| TOWPATH CU | $500 | ||
| WELLS FARGO | $500 |
Here are the CLI's I have recieved in the last week.
Towpath CU INCREASED to $4000 (TU hard pull)
GECRB/Walmart INCREASED to $1300 (Soft)
Cap1 w $1570 limit INCREASED to $2350 (Soft)
Wells Fargo INCREASED to $700 (Soft, rep stated could possibly go to the $1500 I requested with a HP)
In June my BFG Credit Union card went from $1000 to $3500
I am tempted to go for Barclays too, but that would be a HP on TU. I think if I did I would have better luch with them after all of the new limits post.
The CAP1s with the $750 and $1500 limits have annual fees and will be GONE when they come up for renwal. Fingerhut I will let inactive close
im curious to see how many will chime in and ask how you got the increase on your cap one
How did you get the increase on your cap one? ![]()
How on earth did you get this out of Cap 1? ![]()
Ha!
Good question!
It is actually a HSBC account (RZMC) that Cap One took over. All I did is call and ask.
HA! I figured it had to be one of the former HSBC CCs. Congrats on your CLIs!
