A question about my hooters

My Hooters card is supposed to have a 36 AF but when I log onto my account I dont see the charge and says I have 1100.00 available credit. Does this usually bill right away or on the first bill?

Mine showed up as soon as the bill generated. I believe it was within a week of having the card.
