Wasn't sure if this had been posted or not yet but I saw the bonus for the chase AARP is currently 200 for spending 500 in the first 90 days. Figured I'd post this anyway in case people were thinking about applying as this seems like a decent offer with no annual fee. I only got the 100 dollar offer unfortunately.
yes 200 after 500 is not too shabby. there is a chance chase could 2nd hp a person, but not likely.... and has 0% for 12 months so can reallocate limits as well. i will say the only crappy part here is you have to hit $20 before you can cash out first, whereas, despite a triple pull, the capital one version i dont think would have a minimum to cash out...and their 200 bonus is targeted...and has no 0% afaik.
This is a good 3% cash back card for gas and dining. I wish it were gas and groceries instead of gas and dining, because those of us with Amex MR cards, Chase UR cards, or Citi TYP cards already receive 3% dining rewards.. Also, this card has foreign transaction fees that would cancel out the rewards if the card were to be used for dining overseas. On the bright side, apparently this card is not subject to Chase's 5/24 rule.

As far as redemption thresholds go, 20 is pretty low. Why get the card if you won't even benefit enough to make $20 in rewards in a reasonable amount of time?
Sure, no threshold is better, but 20 isn't a big deal if the card has any purpose in your wallet.

20 dollars is relatively low. For example my Barclay Card has 100 dollar redemption threshold. And NFCU has 50 dollar threshhold.
