Reminder to everyone to really check your statements on your credit cards. Last March I got the AF Arrival card. I paid my first statement in full and before my third statement cut I had my spend and my 40k Miles were awarded to my account. Because of this, I didn't really check my statements other than making sure the charges were the correct charges I placed on card. Today, I checked more closely and realized that they never applied my introductory 0.0% APR to the account.
My third statement was first statement with interest since I carried a balance on 2nd statement. I hadn't been too concerned about paying this card completely as I was thinking the 0.% APR was being applied. I was wrong. I ended up having almost $350 charged in interest to this account. I called up service and they couldn't find the T&C's of the card offer. I just printed it up from the web and faxed it to them with a letter explaining their error and request to have interest charges credited back to account and my remaining introductory APR months properly applied to my account.
I'll let yall know what happens.
Good move OP. It is always a good idea to actually print the offer when you are applying for it just to be able to remind them in cases like this.

While most times all promos/bonuses are usually awarded or honored, I always print all the pertinent info (including the T&C) prior to clicking submit. This way you have a record of the information in the event a discrepancy arises. Good catch OP.

Excellent advice ...never did it in the past but will for sure do this on future apps.

Yes, that's what I meant Lexie - sorry. I hardly print anything unless someone requires a physical copy of it.
