A year ago I opened AMC Visa credit card but there's a problem it doesn't report to Equifax haven't seen anybody else with this problem..

This is correct. I suggest you start by contacting Celtic Bank to confirm whether or not they are reporting your account to Equifax as they are the issuer of the AMC card.
Normally I would have also suggested that if Celtic Bank confirms they are reporting to Equifax you then file a CFPB complaint against Equifax. Given the current state of that agency you can still do so but you may end up needing to contact Equifax and claim you must have a split file because Celtic Bank confirmed they are reporting yet the card isn't showing up in your report. You can't open a simple dispute with Equifax because you literally don't have an entry in your credit file to reference when trying to create a dispute.
Celtic Bank's regulatory obligation isn't to report, only that if they choose to report they must do so accurately. Equifax is obligated to accurately report whatever information Celtic Bank is providing.
