I have a question about my AMEX card (BCE) that is fast approaching my 61 days.....My credit report reflects a credit card with 22% utilization ($1,142 of a $5,000 CL). Will this affect my chances on a 3x cli with AMEX? I know there are many factors that are considered, but just wondering in general. I've put about 1,000 across my BCE and paid in full on my statements. Just wondering if this will affect me.

I got 3x at 61 days with higher than that. At 6 months I was about 90% but still got a 25% increase which was very good for me (highest limit aside from home Depot)
What was your utilization at 61 days?

IME, UTIL seems to factor in strongly wih AMEX's internal scoring. However, if that's only on one card, I wouldn't be terrible worried about it, especially if you keep a low UTIL on your AMEX.
Utilization is certainly taken into consideration but it's impossible for us to tell you how 22% on one card will affect your CLI. If you want the best possible odds then use the generally recommended optimization: let only balance report at 10% or less.
