AMEX 61 Day CLI Question.......

          My 61 days since opening my AMEX Cash Magnet is approching ($ 2,000 SL) and was hoping to take a shot at the 3X CLI.  The issue I have is I have a discharged CH. 13 BK that is still showing on my reports.  The BK will not age off until July of 2020.  Anyone have any idea if this is a deal breaker for the 61 day CLI?

I was just looking for some definative data.  I thought I had read a previous post where a CLI request was denied on the basis of the BK still reporting.  Either way, I fully intend to try.

There have been approvals for CLI with a bk still showing,  even for some that may have burned them in a bk.

You got the card with the bk so it shouldn't hold you back. Like previous poster stated its a soft pull so there is no down side to trying! YOLO!!!
