AMEX BCE TO BCP

i have AMEX BCE for a month can i upgraded it to BCP? or  do i need wait a year to upgraded it.

I agree they are going to make you wait 13 months but it has nothing to do with the AF since the BCE doesn't have one.  Amex makes you wait for 13 months after getting the card to PC it.

if you want the BCP bad then apply for it instead of waiting a year to PC

I'm not aware of any law that would require waiting a year before PC. It has always just been an AMEX internal policy IMO.
