AMEX CLI Question

Hello myFICO!

I have a big question! I was on my AMEX account and decided to give the luv button a try and deicided to give the 3X CLI a try.

So what my credit limit was 2.2k and I had a 1.8k balance on it! 

And apparently I got approved! for 5.5k. I wanted to be safe and not ask for a higher limit. 

My question is did they do a HP because I did not get a notice stating that they needed to pull my credit like Citi or Discover :/ 

I really hope they did not do a HP because I recently applied for a new card last week.

Here's a screenshot of the picture I got. I did not get any warnings or cautions so i'm not sure if its a SP or HP. Any inputs for those who have a experienced this?

it is a soft pull

you should always ask for the full 3x unless you aren't comfortable with the limit. even if you asked for $6,600 the worst they'd do is counter to $5,500

I know, but so since it is a SP I feel much better  

I did not get any credit alerts about inquiries so that should be a good sign right?

You won't get any alerts because it is a SP.
