@learningcredit54 So, is the reasons means you have little usage for the card with such credit line? I was thinking of pulling the trigger on 61 days on my business card as well.

My understanding on the reason for CLI denial given at the time of applying was that they stated I am paying low amounts according to my open balances on my credit cards (which is wrong, I have been paying in full for months all cards so theyre all reporting 0.00).
I reached out to them and they said I can request it again via the chat BUT it would bar me from requesting any CLI on my other cards (personal and business) for 90 days. I decided not to do so as I would rather increase my personal blue cash preferred soon. In your case go for it via the link and hopefully you get those desired results. I am sure you will. It seems Amex rules although well known on this forum either have loopholes or the reps can actually assist if customers reach out.
@learningcredit54 Thanks for clearifying. I think your strategies on increasing personal credit lines is a great ideas. I'm still in the rebuilding stage, personal credit lines would help my credit scores tremendously.

You're hurting yourself by paying all cards to zero and letting them report that zero balance every month. You'd be better off leaving a small, $10-$20 balance on one bankcard before statement cut, then once the statement is generated, pay in full like normal (no interest will be charged/paid). This is known as AZEO and should actually boost your scores, and may address that denial reason they gave (since you're always paying in full, I'm assuming all of your cards always report a $0.00 balance at statement cut, which, while counterintuitive, HURTS you as far as FICO is concerned).

Honestly I'm gonna wait a minimum of 120 days before even making an attempt (I've seen 60-90 being common but have also seen reports of up to 180?) but with $3k monthly usage on a $10k card can I expect a CLI?
Probably not eh?
LOL either way it's all good... they've already given me a 10x CLI along with a free flights worth of bonus miles... it just took 5+ years and 2 accounts to get there.
Moral of the story... don't burn Amex in a BK. Lots of useful info in this thread! Thanks all!
Haha you probably can get the CLI, and kudos for the $10k CLI after burning them 5 years ago. They finally gave me a $1k at the start of this year and tripled it after 3 months despite having burned them for more than that 8 years ago. I thought the $1k meant they were still pretty mad - $10k after a burn is admirable (or you've got income in the upper six digits lol, even better), can't complain about that

I DIDN'T burn them in the Ch 13... I closed the account before filing. I doubt I'd have a $10k SL if I had burnt them.
Does AMEX do a soft or hard pull when requesting a CLI? What's the best way to go about asking for the increase (online, phone, etc) and best timeline? This is the first I've heard of 61 days, is it best to ask then or wait until six months?

Soft pull for CLI. It doesn't matter how you request. Timeline is once every 6 months per *account* (not per individual card).
61 days is/was for newly approved cards. But lately it seems it's longer than that for most people. Closer to 6 months actually.

Thank you. I only have one and it's brand new, so this is helpful.
I just received the triple increase on my delta plat. 9k->27k and put $100 on the card in 3 months since my first increase 3k -> 9k
