I called...
They gave me only $1000 - But I'm OK with that, The lady even gave me the date I can call for a CLI, wich with the 3x rule, I should go to 3000 if I take care of it until then.
Ryanbush is correct...
I got an initial line of 3500
and got a 3xcli to 10500...
I think my TU Fico even dropped a little bit to like 690 during that time.
I also had a disputed fraud CO on all three reports at approval, and on EX and EQ the fraud CO was removed a month or so after approval! so my Exp FICO jumped to 720+
Im looking for another 3xcli to something like 24500... that's why I'm not apping for anything LOL until after June 2nd.
:-D
go for the full 25k!!!!!!
well...
the last guy that requested $25k got his tax dox requested.
LOL
I don't want to deal with that. I will play it safe.. LOL
I'm thinking even 25,000 requested would get a FR sorta.
Hardly surprising. My lender pulled Equifax-based FICO scores have differed from my Scorewatch scores by as much as 70 points.

@Anonymous wrote:Did anyone else get FICO score on the approval letter with AMEX? I recently applied 2 cards (Gold PRG and Starwood) and only received the approvals via email and the card the next day. I did not see any letter with FICO on it.
The score comes on a separate letter when you're approved with anything other than the best terms, it won't come in an email. You may be able to find a copy of it in your online documents folder however.
RyVision: Where do you find the Document Center? I looked on my online account and could not find it.

I've heard of quite a few people go to 25k with out tax docs being requested, it's 25,001 that gets ya. You could always call them and ask before you request it if you were concerned.

I went on my account page to look.
It appears that since they redesigned the site, it's no longer there, at least not that I could find
I remember seeing it before the change.
Did you get an email that had a link to a decision? It's often on there too (but not in the email itself).
If it's been more than 10 days since you got your card, you might be able to contact them and ask them to send a copy of that letter that should have listed the score they used as you never received one, they most likely will just tell you over the phone what it was unless you got the best terms for that product, which they'll also tell you. My Card got here before the letter with the score oddly enough, I got 2 letters other than the mailer with the card.
Wish AMEX would let me in... maybe a few months
