AMEX Humor

I am trying to change the close/due dates on my AMEX BCE to the 10th of each month. Apparently the live chat people must work on multiple live chats at a time. I was waiting for an answer as to whether I could get the change done, then the rep replied with something TOTALLY off the wall, and scared me at first because my current CL is $6k. Apparently someone doesn't know about the 3x CLI with Amex Smiley Happy

Re: AMEX Humor

Lucky no great personal info there!

Yes, the reason companies move from calls to chats is precisely because (in theory) a rep can multi-task the chats, which would be very annoying on a phone call.

Obviously the rep here wasn't quite up to the usual multi-tasking.....

Should've said "Well, while you're changing my due date, that CLI sounds great too."

Well, it's her fault for getting confused. Smiley Tongue Pretty sure Debalina is a female's name, but you never know.
