Amex Offers always stack with other offers and bonus categories in my experience. Plus the bonus points from Amex Offers usually post within a few days of meeting the spending requirements; no full statement lag time!
Basically you're gonna earn an extra 0.5 MRs per dollar for the next $6,000 as long as you enroll and you spend it during the promo period. You can make 600 $10 purchases, 1 $12,000 purchase, or anything in between.
