I was wondering if anyone knew the value of the point system with the Amex Cards.
182,734 Hilton Points
57,451 Delta
33,504 Reward Points.
I would like to see the value of these as I am planning a vacation soon and want to see how they will cash in.
I would advise you to goggle each of those points and how to "possibly" best use them for redemption values either through transferring them to partner MR's which you called reward points I believe. Plenty of sites on the net better than explaining it rarther than opinions on this site, also going to take alot of leg work from you to get teh best value for each of the respective points, no real easy way of doing it. No one on this forum is going to be able to answer that question, just alot of opinions at best as they don't know what or where you want to go, etc.. Delta points is probably good enough for one round trip ticket in the US if booked well in advance. Hiltons you have a decent amount probably good enough for 2-4 nights depending (I am just guessing, it all depends where you stay etc..) . With regards to your 35k MR's airfare would probably be your best way to use those as well, but you want to research that as well.. 35k isn't really alot.
What is your home airport and where are you going for vacation. That mostly determines the points values. On Delta I usually get a minimum of 2.5 CPP flying out of Atlanta. For example, a round trip to chicago is usually around $260, but can be had for 10,000 Delta miles usually. For Hilton I have gotten up to 2 CPP, but it usually falls to around 1 CPP if you stay at the lower end hotels like Hampton Inn.
Out of your 6 amex cards you have, is one the BIZ Platinum, cause that changes the game with 30k points at 50% redemption on selected airline. Especially if that other 20k posting is going to be MR's.

I live in Las Vegas, Nevada. In July will be our 2 year wedding anniversary and I was thinking about going to HI. I know I have some time and a bunch more spending between now and then. I just wanted to see where I stand.

No! They are all personal cards. :-(
Also, is there a way to transfer MR points from my wife Amex to mine so we can have a larger amount?

She can't directly transfer her Amex MR points to you but she can transfer them to one of your loyalty programs such as a hotel or airline that deals with Amex. You have to be an AU on one of her Amex cards for this to be able to happen.

If you shop closely on Delta you should be able to find LAS to HNL at 45,000 miles per person, the sooner the better because it's not available in all date combinations. You can transfer the MR to Delta to round up to 90,000+ MR to do this.
The Hliton points should be used directly for a Hilton property, although they tend to be expensive in HI, and not on every island. Most seem to be in the Waikiki area. With 182k points you could get 4 nights at a DoubleTree or Hilton Garden Inn on Oahu, but points won't really get you in the door at the higher end resorts on points.
I used Delta miles to get to KOA a few weeks ago, and SPG points (which were rapidly devaluing as I contemplated the stay) as well. With the SPG stay, we got additional points after the initial reservation was booked, as two parts. First part was the book 4 days, get the fifth night free, then another three days on cash. At check out, we were able to use new points to apply the points to the last three days, to go from cash to points. If Hilton offers something like this, then ensuring you build up Hilton points leading up to the stay might help pay for even more nights.
When booking the hotel, I would strongly suggest calling the customer service line for Hilton. These multiple night bookings, multiple payment sources can get complicated, and you have no chance to get all the best deals, all the best options, mixed nights where a weekend night may be a different rate when trying to struggle through these on the basic Hilton website. I always call when booking a hotel, it's just the only way to go.
Speaking of which, did you get the AMEX Hilton offer to spend $1,000 to get a free weekend Hilton night for spend on an AMEX Hilton card? Have you considered applying for the Citi Hilton card with two free weekend nights as the sign up bonus? have you gotten all four Hilton credit cards with their sign up bonuses?
It takes a little leg work, and some phone calls, but you should be able to get much of your flight and hotel covered by points.
Aloha!!!
