What are your current AMEX revolver account (not Pay-over-Time) credit limits?
What were the approximate starting limits and how long to grow?
What is your favorite AMEX revolver card?

BCP grew to 50K in about 12 months
Picked up CM and they sliced off 15K to open that one / picked up a CLI of 5K after being capped at 50K
Thanks but more details please instead of aggregates?
So two cards with $55K limits in total?
And BCP and CM?
How much on each?
What did BCP start at to end up at $50K in 12 months?
And how did those limits compare to your other cards?
I'm up to $100K with Amex (not counting $30K PoT limit on my Gold)
I ditched them like 10 years ago... well more appropriately they ditched me and closed my account because I was delinquent. I eventually paid the whole thing off, though. I swore off credit for a while after that. I started back again with credit cards in spring of 2017. That's when I got a BCE with a $4k SL. Bumped it up to $12K after 61 days and again to $25K 6 months later. I think those are the only CLIs I ever got from them.
The rest came from new accounts (lots of new accounts) and moving limits before closing them. So now I have...
Hilton $50K
BBP $29K
Delta Blue $10K
Hilton Business $10K
Delta Gold Business $1K (moved $9K to BBP because I'm about to close it)

@Aim_High- Did you have a previous AmEx relationship? If so, how long ago?
Yes, I've had multiple relationships with them. The most recent was when my AMEX-Costco account was converted to CITI-Costco in 2016. They offered to PC it and I declined. In hindsight, I wish I had kept the history. (AMEX had dated my credit file to an earlier account than Costo but CITI showed it as a later date as of when I opened the Costco card.) The oldest history with AMEX was as AU on ex's AMEX Green dating back to 1983. There were a couple of others in between. I've considered applying with them again if I can determine a strategy that fits well with my spend and other cards but don't really want to apply just to apply. Why did you ask, does relationship history have an effect on credit lines with AMEX? Or would an app be a Soft Pull like for an existing member, as I've read?

Thank you. Yes, I've read through some of that thread and adding them back to my wallet to re-diversify my card lineup has been on my mind. It helps that I have a prior relationship and believe they would give me generous limits based on what I've been reading on the forums. The higher limits they give is certainly an attraction. My credit scores and income have improved substantially from when I was last a member with them.
The revolvers seem a better match for me. I just can't justify the AFs on the charge cards and the only one that comes close is the Gold. I also don't want to cut into the rewards of my CSR and since I don't have big business travel expenses, I don't need a bunch of premium travel, hotel, or airline cards with AFs.
Although not in business section I would look at seeing if any of their business card suits your need. No AAoA hit, never got to worry about utilization, etc.. I see you have a business card and they have many no AF cards that i personally have started out in the 20k range on most of them and can obviously grow into beasts. Something to consider if you like their business offerings. I use the snot out of my Amazon Amex business and BBP.
BCE started at 2k. It grew to 18k in about 9 months I believe.
