AMEX Sign Up Bonus Rules - Eligibility?

I'm wondering if anyone can tell me the likeliness of receiving the Delta Gold SUB again based on the following details:

In June 2013, I signed up for the Delta Gold, received the SUB, and PC'd the account to BCE (this was all in about 2-3 months).  Since this was so long ago, I'm wondering whether I would be eligible for the Delta Gold SUB again if I were to apply today (I would wait until I received an increased SUB offer).

Any thoughts?

Re: AMEX Sign Up Bonus Rules - Eligibility?

Amex generally has a once-in-a-lifetime policy for signup bonuses on any particular card.  You shouldn't be eligible for a bonus on it, but you would be on the no-AF version, Platinum or Reserve.  Sometimes people end up getting them anyway, though.  Amex's system should now automatically warn you during the application process, though, with this message:

Based on your history with American Express welcome offers, introductory APR offers, or the number of cards you have opened and closed, you are not eligible to receive this welcome offer. We have not yet performed a credit check. Would you still like to proceed?

As for waiting for an increased SUB offer, the elevated 60k SkyMiles currently being offered is the highest that card gets.

Amex application will tell you if you are not eligible during the process. Very useful feature imo.....it keeps us from guessing. Go check it out.

Hopefully it will stick around a couple of weeks until my mortgage closes.  I'll report back if it does.

@fittiger September 19th is the expiration for the current 60k offer.  Of course I suggest double-checking that Platinum doesn't make more sense; $195 annual fee not waived the first year, but the SUB is 70k and you do get a free Main Cabin companion certificate each year.

@K-In-Boston The Platinum would be my fall back if I'm not eligible for the Gold SUB.
