Did you cancel your card?
Yep. I originally opened the card hoping to get BCE. That wasn't the case however, AMEX repeatedly denied me for high internal risk score on BCE. So I cancelled Zync right before the second AF.
On the side note however, I did get BCE yesterday. Here is how I did it,
@Applied AMEX HHonors --> Approved for $2K @ 17.24% APR --> PC right after I received the card --> Now BCE, profit!
I went for HHonors router rather than BCE directly since HHonors did not offer intro APR, which made approval criteria much lower. Time to change my signature.
So Hilton honors is the easiest amex revolver? How long did you have your zync? I want the BCE that's why I applied for zync
I had Zync closed to a year. I remember apping for BCE during 6, 8, and 10 months of holding Zync card. Every time AMEX threw high internal risk score as denial reason. So I canceled Zync right before second AF.

I probably would've done the same thing. The zync seems like a great card for the relatively small AF, but if it's not doing anything for you definitely not worth it to keep it, especially if amex won't let you grow

AMEX internal risk score is not a public score, so you will never know the numerical value of this score. Basically internal risk score takes your existing AMEX history, FICO score, and various thing on your credit report and produce a number that only AMEX knows.
No baddies what so ever, just thin files (my guess for high internal risk score).
