AMEX reporting to CR - how long?

My Amex accounts are a few months old (Clear, Blue Cash and True Earnings), yet none of them have shown up on my CR yet.

Anyone know how long it takes?

It took 2 months to show up on my CR's.  Showing on all 3.
Starting Score: 583 EQ, 612 EX, 569 TU
Current Score: 658 EQ, 648 EX, 618 TU
Goal Score: 720 EQ, 720 EX, 720 TU

It showed up when may 2nd statement posted.
With the 1st statement balance.

What will happen if you get an AMX card but don't use it? Will it not show on a CR until you have an actual balance?
