Is the new design good?
Here you go...
DH has the new design, and I have the old one. But I check his in Chrome and mine in Internet explorer, so that it keeps the usernames prepopulated. Could it have something to do with the browser, too?

Nope. I'm still on the old design for both Chrome and IE
I like the old design, but the new one looks good from the screencap.
Can AMEX give the old design to Citicards? Their site is atrocious!
Mine changed about a month ago...
Amex's site was antiquated with overlapping text. New one looks much cleaner and the layout if better. I've always been impressed with Barclay's Sallie Mae site. Pleasing to the eye and functionality is top notch.

+1
I hate the new design...maybe cause i am not used to it and got comfortable with the old one..I find the offer section looking harder to go through than the old one...my opinion though.
