The number of very friendly features (low rates, automatic rewards) gives me pause, but then I knew the Double Cash wouldn't last either ("2% on a non-Amex? Don't know yet; I actually can't find my eLink username or full member number anyway so I'm going to have to call. They have an app and an online web presence, so far I haven't ever seen that combination without autopay.
