Thank you!! Sorry I'm a newbie. First credit union so I'm excited
Look for the hyperlink in the box on the right with a date. Tap on it to pull up your statement. The credit is listed on the statement.

Yeah, I am not getting that at all. Assuming you are using the phone, the phone app NEVER works for me, always says wrong username or password when I know it's correct. And thru the PC, I am not getting anything to the right of the box I posted like you have.

My statement credit went through just fine, they simply adjust the balance. I had a -.90 balance due to an accidental over payment. The statement cut last night. I now have a larger negative balance because of the 3% back.
@Wavester64 , logging into the website via a PC, my DW's account shows a statement available as shown below. Once you open that statement, the cashback rebate is shown as the last line in the transactions. Also, just after the transactions is a little chart that says "Rebate rewards activity", and it shows the amount of rebate received. Hopefully your statement is available, as I can't find the rebate info anywhere else.
Interestingly, we have about $600 worth of pending transactions that have yet to clear (thanks to a Uhaul rental and stuff for my DD's new apartment), but the amount of the rebate showing on the statement actually includes those pending transactions. Not used to that (staring at you AMEX).

Thank you @Duke_Nukem !!
Yep my 2nd statement just cut and nice 3% CB as statement credit simple and easy and no mins or having to do it etc.. Life doesn't get any better than this card for non-cat spend!

Did you see the 3% CB on the first statement too or do you need to wait for the 2nd statement to see the CB activity?

It was on the first statement as well. ![]()
You shouldn't have anything to worry about with that.
Mine was on the second statement not the first.
My first statement looked like yours with all 0's.
That's why I asked the question a while back if anyone was seeing it.
I love that there is no questioning if you are going to get 3% and everything is 3% auto.
Seems this card may get more spend then my USAlliance.
